Paula Hart, RICP®

With more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, Paula has built her career around helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their financial lives. Before becoming an independent Financial Advisor in 2023, she spent more than two decades working alongside CFP® professionals and advisory teams, building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate financial decisions and major life transitions.

Paula believes good financial guidance begins with listening. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and makes complicated financial topics easier to understand. Her experience includes financial planning, investments, retirement income planning, and client relationship management. She is especially passionate about helping women navigate transitions such as divorce or the loss of a spouse, providing education, perspective, and a steady hand during an overwhelming time.

As a Financial Advisor and Client Relationship Manager at Guardian Financial Partners, Paula works directly with her clients while partnering with the advisory team to provide attentive, personalized service.

Paula holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation, along with the Series 7 and Series 65 securities licenses and a California Life and Health Insurance license. She is also a commissioned California Notary Public.

A Southern California native, Paula enjoys the beach, traveling, visiting family in Maui, and spending time with her three grown children.
